At Magellan, we strive to support our team members in living healthy and achieving overall wellness by offering a range of health and wellness programs and services.
- Cigna Choice Fund with CIGNA Rx - A consumer-driven health plan with generous health care reimbursement account (HRA) funds, preventative care and a traditional PPO.
- Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network with CIGNA Rx- (exclusive preferred provider network) that offers 90% coverage in network, preventative care and no out-of-network benefits.
- Cigna Open Access Plus with CIGNA Rx - (preferred provider network) that offers 80% coverage in network and 60% coverage out of network. Includes preventative care.
- CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield EPPO with Medco Rx - (exclusive preferred provider network) that offers 90% coverage in network and no out-of-network benefits.
- CIGNA PPO Dental Plan - members can use their provider of choice; however, receive a greater benefit by seeing an in-network dentist.
- CIGNA DHMO - members choose a primary dentist from the directory of participating dentists. Plan payment will vary based on services rendered.
- Vision Care Programs through VSP - offers a wide range of professional vision care benefits and services from participating providers. Members can use non-network providers, but receive a greater benefit through in-network providers.
- Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Services through Magellan LifeResources- in-patient, alternative care and outpatient services for behavioral health and substance abuse treatment for members who enroll in a Magellan-sponsored health plan.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Brief therapeutic counseling sessions for assessment, consultation and/or referral for treatment of personal issues including personal, emotional, family, drug/alcohol, etc. issues.
