Magellan employees who recommend talented people - including friends and former colleagues - have the opportunity to receive rewards!
For each hired individual, the referring Magellan employee receives from $250 to $1,000 -- based on position level -- as well as the opportunity to win a free trip for two to a dream destination and up to $250 in electronics equipment.
- If your referral is hired, you will receive your monetary bonus (minus applicable taxes), by regular payroll within 30 days after the referred person has worked 90 days with Magellan. You will automatically be entered into our prize drawing for a trip for two.
- Bonuses are voided if the referring employee leaves Magellan before payment is due.
- For reward eligibility, referred candidates must not have worked for Magellan (either as an employee or temporary) during the past 6 months or have posted a resume on file during the past 6 months.
